Virginia Tech part of multi-organization initiative to revitalize downtown Blacksburg

The Blacksburg Partnership, in collaboration with the Town of Blacksburg, Virginia Tech, and Downtown Blacksburg Inc., completed a comprehensive 5-Year Retail and Downtown Action Plan designed to strengthen and revitalize downtown Blacksburg as the economic and cultural heart of the community.
