WASHINGTON, Nov. 7 (TNSFR) -- The Nuclear Regulatory Commission in cooperation with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is issuing a draft supplemental environmental impact statement (EIS) for public review. This action responds to an application submitted by the Tennessee Valley Authority for a construction permit.
