WASHINGTON, Nov. 6 (TNSLrpt) -- A report titled 'What Would Happen If We Returned to Pre-COVID Attendance Levels?' issued by the American Enterprise Institute and authored by David Blazar, Seth Gershenson, and Ethan Hutt, found that the post-pandemic crisis of elevated chronic absenteeism explains less than one-tenth of the remaining learning loss in student math scores.
