Fluor Lands Contract for Sustainable Aviation Fuel Hub in England

WASHINGTON, Nov. 6 -- Fluor Corp., Irving, Texas, announced a contract award from LanzaJet for the front-end engineering and design (FEED) of a major sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) production hub in North Yorkshire, England. The project, known as Project Speedbird, is a joint development between LanzaJet and British Airways. Fluor is set to recognize the undisclosed contract value in the third quarter.
