DES MOINES, Iowa, Nov. 6 -- The Des Moines Public Schools issued the following news release on Nov. 4, 2025:

Voters Overwhelmingly Approve Des Moines Public Schools Bond

Des Moines voters overwhelmingly approved the Des Moines Public Schools bond referendum in the Tuesday, November 4 election. With 72 out of 72 precincts reporting, the bond measure received more than 73.6% of the vote, well over the required 60% super majority.
