WASHINGTON, Nov. 4 -- Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., Rolling Meadows, Illinois, announced on Nov. 3, 2025, the acquisition of Tompkins Insurance Agencies, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tompkins Financial Corp.
