WASHINGTON, Nov. 5 (TNSrep) -- According to an analysis by S&P Global, New York, construction of the proposed Constitution natural gas pipeline could provide substantial price relief and economic benefits for the U.S. Northeast. The report projects that the pipeline could generate up to $11.6 billion in energy savings for consumers and support nearly 2,000 jobs annually over a 15-year period.
