WASHINGTON, Nov. 4 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has issued a final rule under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) for several chemical substances. This action establishes requirements for manufacturers and processors who intend to engage in a designated significant new use of these chemicals.
Under this final rule, persons must notify the EPA at least 90 days before commencing the manufacture or processing of any of these chemical substances for an activit . . .
