WASHINGTON, Oct. 30 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is proposing to approve Alaska's air quality plan to address regional haze for the second implementation period. This plan, submitted by the Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC), aims to improve visibility in federally protected areas by reducing manmade air pollution.
