WASHINGTON, Oct. 28 (TNSFR) -- The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission published a direct final rule to revise its regulations by inserting a conditional sunset date into various requirements.
This action is taken in compliance with executive order 14270, titled "Zero-Based Regulatory Budgeting to Unleash American Energy." The rule seeks to remove unwarranted regulatory burdens and better align FERC's regulations with its underlying statutory mandates.
