EPA Proposes Amendments to Chemical Use Notification Rules

WASHINGTON, Oct. 28 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is proposing amendments to the rules governing what qualifies as a significant new use for several chemical substances.

The EPA is taking this step after reviewing existing and additional data for the chemical substances involved. The proposed changes would:
