WASHINGTON, Oct. 25 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Homeland Security Customs and Border Protection has issued a final rule amending regulations to require all non-citizens to be photographed when entering or exiting the United States. This action allows the collection of other biometrics from non-exempt non-citizens.
