Honeywell Unveils Structure Ahead of Aerospace Spin-Off

WASHINGTON, Oct. 24 -- Honeywell, Charlotte, North Carolina, has announced an updated business segment structure in anticipation of the planned separation of its Aerospace Technologies business, which is on track for the second half of 2026. The reporting structure will take effect on January 1, 2026.

Beginning with the first quarter of 2026 earnings results, the company's reportable segments will be Aerospace Technologies, Building Automation, Industrial Automation, and Proces . . .
