WASHINGTON, Oct. 23 -- Secretary of State Marco Rubio told the press at Joint Base Andrews, Maryland, on Oct. 22, 2025, that he was traveling to the Middle East, connecting with the President in Qatar before heading to Israel. The purpose of the trip is to support the successful implementation of the President's Comprehensive Plan to End the Conflict in Gaza.
