WASHINGTON, Oct. 21 -- Deputy Ambassador James Ford delivered the United Kingdom's closing statement at the Warsaw Human Dimension Conference in Poland, where he condemned Russia's continued obstruction of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe's human rights mandate and its illegal war in Ukraine. Ford called on Moscow to end its war, withdraw its troops, and uphold OSCE principles, while also committing the UK to countering malign foreign interference.
