WASHINGTON, Oct. 20 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Justice Drug Enforcement Administration has issued a final order to deny the application for registration for Ali Elhorr, a Dearborn, Michigan physician. This action follows allegations that the Elhorr is mandatorily excluded from participation in all Federal health care programs and that he materially falsified his registration application.
