WASHINGTON, Oct. 18 (TNSdok) -- The New York State Public Service Commission issued a "Notice of Determination of Significance (Negative Declaration)" on Oct. 17, 2025, declaring that an "Environmental Impact Statement" will not be required for the authorization of a key clean energy initiative.
