DEA Revokes Hovic Pharmacy's Registration for Controlled Substance Violations

WASHINGTON, Oct. 18 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Justice Drug Enforcement Administration revoked the registration of Hovic Pharmacy in Houston, Texas, for filling controlled substance prescriptions outside the usual course of professional practice. The revocation follows an order to show cause issued on Oct. 20, 2021, and the pharmacy's subsequent waiver of a requested hearing.
