WASHINGTON, Oct. 18 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Justice Drug Enforcement Administration has denied a registration application from David S. Pecora, a physician assistant in Bemidji, Minnesota. DEA cited multiple instances of materially falsified applications and a history of substance abuse that it determined poses risks to public safety.
