WASHINGTON, Oct. 18 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Homeland Security has announced a determination to waive several laws and regulations to allow for the quicker construction of barriers and roads along the international border in the San Diego Sector in California. This action focuses on an area identified as having a high rate of unlawful entry into the U.S.
