WASHINGTON, Oct. 17 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce Patent and Trademark Office has withdrawn a proposed rule that would have revised the practice rules for inter partes review (IPR) and post-grant review (PGR) proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB).
