WASHINGTON, Oct. 10 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Transportation Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration extended the public comment period for a special permit request submitted by Columbia Gulf Transmission LLC (CGT), Houston, Texas.
