WASHINGTON, Oct. 10 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Transportation Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration is reviewing a request from Columbia Gas Transmission LLC (TCO), Houston, Texas, for an extension to a special permit segment. The agency has an active special permit that allows TCO to vary from federal pipeline safety regulations for specific sections of its gas transmission pipeline system.
