WASHINGTON, Oct. 9 -- Sen. Ron Wyden, D-Oregon, ranking member of the Senate Finance Committee, issued the following remarks on Oct. 8, 2025, at an executive session to consider the nominations of Jonathan Greenstein to be Deputy Under Secretary for International Finance at the Treasury Department, Donald Korb to be Chief Counsel of the Internal Revenue Service and Derek Theurer to be Deputy Under Secretary for Legislative Affairs at the Treasury Department.
