WASHINGTON, Oct. 3 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce International Trade Administration preliminarily determined that Nan Ya Plastics Corp., Kaohsiung City, Taiwan, sold polyethylene terephthalate film, sheet, and strip, also known as PET film, at less than normal value during the period of review from July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024. The estimated weighted-average dumping margin for the company is preliminarily set at 1.06 percent.
