WASHINGTON, Oct. 2 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is approving a state implementation plan (SIP) revision submitted by the state of West Virginia. This action finalizes the agency's June 2025 proposal to approve revisions to West Virginia's 45 Code of State Rules (CSR) 40, which sets ozone season limitations and requirements for nitrogen oxides (NOX) emissions.
