WASHINGTON, Oct. 2 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Coast Guard is amending its regulations to reflect the renaming of its operational districts from numerical to geographical designations. This final rule updates the Code of Federal Regulations to replace the numbered districts with location-based names.
