NRC Approves Subsequent Operating Licenses for 2 Point Beach Nuclear Plant Units

WASHINGTON, Oct. 1 (TNSFR) -- The Nuclear Regulatory Commission has granted subsequent renewed facility operating licenses to NextEra Energy Point Beach LLC, Juno Beach, Florida, for the Point Beach Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2, located near Two Rivers, Wisconsin. The licenses were issued on Sept. 29, 2025, following a comprehensive review process.
