WASHINGTON, Oct. 1 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce International Trade Administration has preliminarily determined that silicon metal from the Laos is being, or is likely to be, sold in the U.S. at less than fair value (LTFV). This determination is a step in an ongoing investigation that covers the period of April 1, 2024, through March 31, 2025.
