WASHINGTON, Sept. 30 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce International Trade Administration is initiating and issuing preliminary results for changed circumstances reviews of antidumping duty and countervailing duty orders on crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, or solar cells, from China. Based on a request from Nextracker LLC, Fremont, California, the ITA intends to revoke the orders, in part, with respect to specified products.
