WASHINGTON, Sept. 30 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce Bureau of Industry and Security is amending the Export Administration Regulations to prevent the diversion of U.S. items to entities on its restricted lists. This interim final rule makes companies that are at least 50 percent owned by one or more listed entities automatically subject to the same export restrictions.
