The Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC) has awarded the City of Galax a $700,000 grant for a project to revitalize the Rex Theater. The funding will support renovation work and upgrades at the Rex Theater. U.S. Congressman Morgan Griffith (R-VA) issued the following statement . . .
