KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia -- Cooperation and partnerships were the buzzwords this week at the 14th Indo-Pacific Armies Chiefs Conference, 49th Indo-Pacific Armies Management Seminar (IPAMS) and 11th Senior Enlisted Leaders Forum (SELF) that wrapped up today.
