WASHINGTON, Sept. 27 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs has issued a final rule extending the transition period for the Program of Comprehensive Assistance for Family Caregivers. This action amends a prior interim final rule that had extended the period to Sept. 30, 2025.
