NOAA: Massachusetts, Rhode Island Summer Flounder Quota Adjusted

WASHINGTON, Sept. 27 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration National Marine Fisheries Service has announced a transfer of commercial summer flounder quota. This is an adjustment of the 2025 fishing year quota for the two states. This action is necessary to comply with quota transfer provisions of the Summer Flounder, Scup and Black Sea Bass Fishery Management Plan.
