WASHINGTON, Sept. 27 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration National Marine Fisheries Service has implemented a temporary rule to adjust the 2025 Winter II commercial scup quota and per-trip federal landing limit. This action is necessary to comply with regulations from a previous framework adjustment that established a rollover of unused commercial scup quota from the Winter I to the Winter II period.
