WASHINGTON, Sept. 26 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of the Interior Fish and Wildlife Service has put forward a plan to adjust rules under the Endangered Species Act concerning species that look similar to protected ones. This move targets protections for 11 species treated as endangered or threatened due to their resemblance to listed counterparts, aiming to cut back on unneeded restrictions while upholding conservation goals.
