WASHINGTON, Sept. 26 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Agriculture Agricultural Marketing Service proposed a rule to establish salable quantities and allotment percentages for spearmint oil produced in the far west for the 2025-2026 marketing year. The proposed rule would implement a recommendation from the Far West Spearmint Oil Administrative Committee to ensure that the market for both Scotch and native spearmint oil remains stable.
