WASHINGTON, Sept. 25 (TNSFR) -- The International Trade Commission has ended its investigation into shapewear garments. The decision follows a settlement between Spanx LLC, Atlanta, Georgia, and Honeylove Sculptwear Inc., Los Angeles, California, the last remaining parties in the investigation. ITC determined not to review an initial determination from the presiding administrative law judge. That determination granted a joint motion to terminate the investigation. A consent order has been issued . . .
