WASHINGTON, Sept. 25 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Agriculture Rural Utilities Service confirmed a rule to revise its Accounting Requirements for RUS Electric Borrowers. The rule, which was published on July 18, 2025, is now effective as of Sept. 16, 2025. The changes aim to update the agency's regulations and provide uniformity and consistency for all of its awardees.
