WASHINGTON, Sept. 25 (TNSFR) -- The Surface Transportation Board is tentatively approving the acquisition of BTM Coaches Inc., Cocoa, Florida, an interstate motor passenger carrier, by TBL Group Inc., Houston, Texas.
