WASHINGTON, Sept. 25 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration National Marine Fisheries Service is seeking public comments on an application submitted by EnerGeo Alliance. The application requests a regulation to govern the unintentional taking of marine mammals during geophysical survey activities in the Gulf of America over a five-year period.
