WASHINGTON, Sept. 25 (TNSdok) -- The New York State Public Service Commission has issued an order (Case No. 25-T-0080) granting two waiver requests submitted by New York State Electric & Gas Corp., Binghamton, for its Southern Tier Area Reliability West Project. The order, issued on Sept. 24, addresses New York State Electric & Gas' petition for a "Certificate of Environmental Compatibility and Public Need", which would allow it to build and operate the project.
