WASHINGTON, Sept. 25 (TNSdok) -- The New York State Public Service Commission has denied a petition for rehearing from a Manhattan electric customer in a billing dispute with Consolidated Edison Co. of New York Inc. The Commission's order (Case No. 24-E-0674) upholds a determination made in February that found Con Edison's billing practices were compliant with regulations.
