WASHINGTON, Sept. 24 -- Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese, speaking at the United Nations in New York, outlined Australia's new approach to safeguarding children in the digital age, announcing a policy to raise the minimum age for setting up social media accounts from 13 to 16, effective December 10.
