WASHINGTON, Sept. 23 -- The House Oversight and Government Reform Subcommittee on Federal Law Enforcement released the following written testimony by Eric Schaeffer, former executive director of the Environmental Integrity Project, from a Sept. 16, 2025, hearing entitled "From Protection to Persecution: EPA Enforcement Gone Rogue Under the Biden Administration."
