WASHINGTON, Sept. 21 (TNSLrpt) -- The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) and Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) have issued a plan to test and characterize the hydraulic properties of the Ringold Formation Unit A aquifer.
