City Council Approves Sale for Future Housing Development on John Dimrey Drive
Greensboro's City Council approved the sale of City-owned land at 1004-1028 John Dimrey Dr. to Prosperity Alliance and True Homes at its September 16 meeting. The developers will purchase the land for $270,000 to build 15 new, single-family homes on the site.
