WASHINGTON, Sept. 20 -- The House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Task Force on the Declassification of Federal Secrets released the following testimony by Joe Spielberger, senior policy counsel of the Project on Government Oversight, from a Sept. 9, 2025, hearing entitled "Restoring Public Trust Through UAP Transparency and Whistleblower Protection."
