WASHINGTON, Sept. 20 -- The House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Task Force on the Declassification of Federal Secrets released the following testimony by Dylan Borland, a former geospatial intelligence specialist for the U.S. Air Force, from a Sept. 9, 2025, hearing entitled "Restoring Public Trust Through UAP Transparency and Whistleblower Protection."
